Beer Bread mix from Spicendipity

Really enjoyed making this beer bread. Totally straightforward, add beer and butter and pop into the oven. The resulting loaf tasted delicious. Am looking forward to adding grated cheese or herbs the next time or using Guinness rather than lager to see...

ABC's Olive Ciabatta rolls

These taste fabulous. Soft ciabatta rolls with black olives scattered throughout to add salty flavour. Delicious filled for lunch or on their own. Expensive at €1.20 per roll as purchased at the Alternative Bread Company stall in the English Market, Cork.
